Job Position: Delivery Manager

Responsibility:

• Recognize and describe challenging issues with the chosen technology.
• Connect to local networks to maintain technological competitiveness.
• During the critical incident scenario, collaborate with the client team to handle escalations and own the resolution.
• Engineering tasks and large modification requests should be planned and implemented.

Project / Process:

• Become involved in technical audits.

• Look for chances to standardize automation and stabilize the environment.

• Take the helm of TIP initiatives and work with CoEs to implement them.

• Perform Proof of Concept exercises as required.

• Work with direction to complete project-specific Proof of Concepts initiatives to verify technical viability.

• Create runbooks for particular technological fields.

• Knowledge article lead reviewer.

• Apply best practises in a particular technical field.

• In charge of efficiently managing change by implementing best practices, developing SOPs, and ensuring that frequent process health checks are performed.

• Ongoing evaluation of the technical and infrastructure environment to close any gaps (such as firmware service packs backups).

People / Team: 

• Deliver technological training for technologies/tools through the academy and/or within project groups.

• Offer community members advice on pertinent technological matters.

• Take part in recruiting.
